Dr. Vyas brings over 10 years of experience in dialysis care and is well-versed in both in-center and home dialysis options, including peritoneal dialysis (PD) and home hemodialysis (home HD). While we no longer provide direct dialysis management, we offer personalized education and support to help you better understand your condition and confidently navigate your dialysis journey.
We can discuss topics such as nutrition, fluid management, dialysis access, and ways to reduce pill burden—all tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're new to dialysis or considering a switch in modality, we’ll take the time to guide you through your options and help you make informed decisions.

Please note: This service is not covered by Medicare and is available on a self-pay basis. An Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN) must be signed prior to your visit.
